We are seeking a Financial Representative to join our corporate finance team and support financial planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.

Job Summary

As a Financial Representative – Corporate Finance at Clarity Robotics, you will play a critical role in managing financial operations, analyzing financial performance, and providing data-driven recommendations to optimize business growth. You will work closely with senior management, helping to drive financial strategy, manage risks, and ensure fiscal responsibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Analyze financial statements, performance metrics, and business trends to support strategic decision-making.
Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate investment opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, investors, and stakeholders.
Support cash flow management, capital expenditure planning, and funding strategies.
Collaborate with accounting, operations, and leadership teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to optimize profitability.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and financial best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or investment banking.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
