Job Summary

As a Financial Representative – Corporate Finance at Clarity Robotics, you will play a critical role in managing financial operations, analyzing financial performance, and providing data-driven recommendations to optimize business growth. You will work closely with senior management, helping to drive financial strategy, manage risks, and ensure fiscal responsibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Analyze financial statements, performance metrics, and business trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate investment opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, investors, and stakeholders.
• Support cash flow management, capital expenditure planning, and funding strategies.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and leadership teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to optimize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and financial best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or investment banking.
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
