Job Summary

As the Warehouse Manager at Clarity Logistics, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and staff supervision. You will ensure the warehouse operates efficiently, meets safety standards, and aligns with company goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong organizational skills and experience in logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and implement best practices to reduce shrinkage and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain warehouse policies and procedures to optimize workflow and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and operational.
  • Collaborate with procurement, transportation, and customer service teams to streamline logistics processes.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage budgets, analyze financial data, and identify cost-saving opportunities within warehouse operations.
  • Implement and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS) for improved accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of warehouse management experience in a logistics or distribution environment.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
    • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices for warehouse safety.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Certifications: Forklift certification and OSHA safety training (preferred).
