We are looking for an Operations Manager – Hotel Division to oversee and optimize our hotel-focused robotic solutions, ensuring smooth deployment, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

As the Operations Manager – Hotel Division, you will lead hotel-based operations, working closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure our robotics solutions deliver exceptional service. You will oversee implementation, training, maintenance, and continuous optimization of robotic services in hotel environments. This role requires a balance of hospitality expertise, operational efficiency, and tech-savviness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Hotel Operations: Manage daily operations of Clarity Robotics solutions within partner hotels, ensuring seamless service integration.
  • Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between hotels, internal engineering teams, and customer support to address operational challenges.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics (KPIs) for robotic services, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in deployment and usage of robotic solutions, implementing best practices to enhance hotel operations.
  • Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for hotel staff on how to interact with and manage robotics systems.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations, data privacy, and industry best practices.
  • Incident Management: Troubleshoot issues, manage escalations, and ensure quick resolutions to minimize downtime.
  • Scaling & Expansion: Support the rollout of robotics solutions to new hotel partners, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal performance.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: 5+ years in hotel operations, hospitality management, or a similar role. Experience with automation or tech-driven hospitality solutions is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of hotel workflows, guest services, and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with tech and engineering teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hotel staff and executives.
  • Comfort with technology, including robotics, AI, and automation systems in hospitality.
