Construction Project Manager – Engineering Focus

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with an engineering focus to oversee and manage the successful implementation of robotics-driven construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction engineering, automation, and project management, ensuring seamless integration of robotics into project workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects that incorporate robotics, automation, and smart technologies, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate robotic solutions into construction processes.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Analyze site conditions and optimize robotic applications for efficiency in construction workflows.
• Manage risk assessments related to robotic deployment, automation challenges, and structural integration.
• Provide technical insights on engineering solutions, robotics-assisted construction, and materials technology.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and construction best practices.
• Serve as a liaison between engineering, robotics development teams, and construction site operations.
• Train and educate on-site teams on the proper use of robotics and automation tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with robotics or automation integration.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and robotic applications in the industry.
• Proficiency in BIM, CAD software, project management tools (Procore, Primavera, or similar).
• Experience with IoT, AI-driven site monitoring, and autonomous construction machinery is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to work across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
